Domino Appoints European Sales Manager

Domino has announced the appointment of Frenchman Laurent Nicollier as its Sales Manager for Europe with a view to him growing the company’s sales not simply in his homeland of France but throughout the continent.

Nicollier has over twelve years fine jewellery experience having worked for a couple of large French businesses with particular responsibility in his most recent position for the company’s Strategic Business Unit operating mainly in Europe and Japan.

“We are delighted to welcome Laurent to Domino. He has a strong understanding of the industry and has particular expertise in design, sales and marketing. He also has excellent contacts with European retailers. We had a very successful fair at this year’s Basel with strong interest being expressed in our ranges by jewellers across the EU and we are confident that Laurent’s expertise will help us to grow further what is already an expanding market for us,” says the company’s’ managing director, Andrew Morton.

Speaking about his appointment Nicollier, who speaks fluent English and French as well as basic German and a sprinkling of Mandarin, commented: “Domino has much to offer the European jewellery retailer and I am looking forward to introducing its extensive and creative product range to those who are currently unaware of the brand and to developing links with existing stockists.”
