Kenyon Street Units Forge Ahead

A newly completed mixed use development on Kenyon Street finished in the latter part of last year has sparked a lot of interest in the already sparkling Jewellery Quarter say the agents Maguire Jackson.

The Kenyon Forge development which includes twenty five commercial units was kick-started with the first tenant to open being hair dresser Helen Pickles and her new business ‘Pickles and Co’. Helen, previously a trainee hair dresser at Tony & Guy, aims to use her years of experience to provide a high quality professional service for locals and those outside of the area.

Other tenants already lined up to take adjacent and nearby units include Car rentals company Goldstein Ltd and Local beauticians currently offering on two of the street facing units.

With half the units located at the Courtyard level behind a gated entrance the units, 2–12 provide a well located but secure location. Prices start from £6,500 per annum.

Edward Jenkinson from the agents stated: “The area is a great location for new and old companies and not just those that have a Jewellery connection. There are fantastic transport links and the units are within easy walking distance from St Paul’s Square. We expect the units to be taken by both retailers and businesses wanting self-contained offices with their own front doors.”

“Watch this space for more news about the businesses coming in,” says Edward.
